How Request Review works

Capture the basics and let ReviewSync handle the follow‑up, reminders, and routing customers to your preferred review platforms.

1. Add your customer

Enter their name, plus at least one contact method - mobile (UK only) or email - along with their business name if relevant.

2. ReviewSync sends the invite

We trigger a personalised, on‑brand review request via SMS or email, optimised for high response and compliance.

3. You grow your reputation

Positive customers are guided to your chosen review sites, while unhappy ones can be diverted to private feedback first.

How Can Do I KNow The Request Has Been Handled?

Log into your ReviewSync dashboard to view the status of all requests.

What will my customer receive?

Your customer will receive a short, branded message via SMS and/or email (depending on the contact details you provide) with a link to leave a review about their recent experience with your business.

Can I use this form without a mobile number?

Yes. As long as you enter a valid email address, ReviewSync can send a review request by email. At least one of mobile number or email address is required. However, requests via SMS to get a better response than email.

Why do mobile numbers have to be UK only?

This Request Review page is configured for UK‑based customers to keep delivery rates and compliance high. For international review requests, please contact us.

How is customer data stored?

Customer details you submit are encrypted in transit and stored securely within the ReviewSync platform. Data is used solely for sending and tracking review requests, in line with your account’s data retention policies.

What If The Contact I Submit Has Already Been Sent A Review Request Through ReviewSync?

The system tracks requests and will not request again. If the contact has left a positive review, they will be asked to refer you!
